Production Time

Because each item is printed and produced specifically for your order, please allow 2 to 7 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once it is on its way.

 

Estimated Shipping Times (after production)

United States: typically 3 to 7 business days. International: typically 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. As a rough end-to-end guide, most orders arrive within about 5 to 10 business days in the US and 1.5 to 3 weeks internationally from the time you order. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or peak periods.

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to begin updating.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us at swylie2010@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or refund, and you will not need to return the item.

 

International Orders, Customs, and Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local authorities.
